We regret our purchase of the Hydrowave washer. After reading these reviews, we apparently aren't the only dissatisfied customers. No matter what water level setting you select, the water level remains the same...LOW, too low to even cover your clothes! I kept noticing stains on our clothes when I was ironing and wondering what they were. Well, when I ironed a brand new blouse and saw the same type of stain, I knew I had the washing machine to blame. I decided it must be a fabric softener stain - or maybe detergent. Who knows? It must have to do with the low water level.
How do I get my money back for this piece of crap?
