Broken Drum - WCVH4800K0WW

I bought the a washer on November 2011. The washer start having issue after an year an a half. The drum broke in less then 3 years. I research the issue an is like is an bad engineer design. I contacted GE on 6/22/14 and the tell me they can help me only with a discount. The washer model is WCVH4800K0WW. I think this is very bad product where GE profit selling a breakable device in less then 3 years.
